  • We require a deposit for all equipment and materials, after a contract or proposal has been signed.

  • In rare cases we can come to your home on the same day, in some cases within a few days or inside of a week, depending on your location. The size of the job can also make a difference. What we do promise is that we will get back to you promptly to learn about the scope of work, and let you know when we can schedule.

  • We have found that three person crews are the ideal size for the homes we typically work in. However, smaller jobs or TV installs may only require one technician. Let us know if you have any special needs or requirements.

  • Most modern home automation systems are designed to be scalable, making it relatively easy to add new devices or upgrade existing ones as technology evolves.

  • We prefer that you be home for safety and accessibility reasons, and to make sure that you are satisfied with our work. If for some reason you cannot be present during the scheduled time, we need to have some way of contacting you in case something changes.
